Commercial transparency

A clear explanation of how future compensated links may support the Mexican Condiment Travel Atlas.
How compensated links may work
The atlas includes selected links to third-party lodging, rental-car, and luggage-storage services on its Active gateway pages. If a traveler completes a qualifying purchase through an eligible link, the atlas may receive a commission without increasing the displayed price solely because that link was used.
Editorial independence
Payment eligibility does not turn a location, ingredient, producer, or route into a verified recommendation. Editorial inclusion, evidence boundaries, and publication depth are documented separately from commercial availability.
Current commercial layer
Each Active gateway may include a clearly labeled lodging search. Stay22’s LetMeAllez technology may make eligible lodging links compensable. Need-based gateway pages may also link to DiscoverCars for rental-car comparison or Bounce for luggage storage. Mexico City and Oaxaca City use Bounce only; Puebla–Cholula–Chipilo uses DiscoverCars and Bounce; Mérida receives neither transport nor luggage action in this phase. Editorial source links, government links, Oaxaca Chocolate Trail links, Discover Chipilo links, and ordinary internal links are not presented as compensated travel actions.
